This week is mental heath awareness week. Everyone has periods in their lives, which cause stress, anxiety, depression, and sometimes even darker thoughts. What we all must remember, is not to bottle up these thoughts, and talk about them as hard as that maybe. Formal settings aren’t for everyone, talking to your mates over a pint in the pub can be just as good. The important part is to talk.
Jennie has completed her level 2 counselling diploma as well as completing a specialist acupuncture course specifically for stress and anxiety, helping to fully integrate treatments to treat the whole of the body, if needed.
